I have many years experience helping people who have anxiety, depression, addictions, compulsive behavior disorders (food, sex, gambling) and all kinds of relational challenges. I call myself a Wholistic Existential Psychologist, indicating that I work from a Depth Psychology perspective that emphasizes each person's unique life and the interaction of mind, body and spirit in finding balance and personal integration. I believe that a healing relationship is at the core of successful psychotherapy. I also believe that Psychotherapy is a process of completing unfinished business and rewriting negative personal narratives into more positive life stories.
I have training and experience in Jungian Psychology, Gestalt Therapy, Couples Therapy, Sex Therapy & Developmental/Child Psychology. I specialize in psychotherapy as a way of addressing depression, anxiety, compulsive disorders, low self esteem, and self-defeating personality patterns-from a dynamic wholistic existentially focused perspective.
I find excitement in working with individuals searching for balance and meaning in their lives. I believe that spirituality plays a signficant role in resolving individual and interpersonal problems.
