My primary goal is to create a safe, open, judgment free environment. It is my belief that people at every age are the experts of their experiences and have the answers they seek already within themselves. I work with you to uncover your unique truth, while helping you gain tools to more wholly experience your daily life.
I work primarily from an Object-Relations and attachment-based orientation because I believe the way we attach to others greatly affects our emotional health, and ultimately dictates how we view and relate to ourselves.
I have worked with children and youth for the past 12 years in both schools and community-based organizations. I also have experience working therapeutically with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and other distress related to physical and sexual trauma. I have worked with children, teens, and adults in the LGBTQIA+ community, as well.
