I have spent many years counseling children and adults who were victims and perpetrators of physical, sexual and emotional abuse. Issues, such as anger, depression, coping skills, conflict resolution, alcoohol, substance abuse, trauma and stress and anxiety management were addressed,
For several years I had the privilege of counseling and servicing military personnel and their families. I provided situational, short term, problem solving services. Life skills, such as anger management, communication and relationahip issues were addressed. Other military issues addressed were deployment anxiety, relocation adjustment, loss and grief and trauma.
