Hi, I'm Harley. I understand what it’s like to struggle with sleep, battle anxiety, and feel caught in shame spirals. I specialize in working with adults who have experienced childhood trauma. If you live with a harsh inner critic and find yourself triggered in everyday interactions, I want you to know you’re not alone. These feelings and actions are trauma responses, and with the right support, they can be transformed. It can feel isolating, lonely, and hopeless, but there is hope. Together, we can compassionately work to unlearn these responses and build a life that feels safer and more fulfilling.
It's my passion to guide clients through their healing journeys, addressing anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, people-pleasing, and trauma responses. To help foster a sense of safety, I use relaxation training and nervous system regulation. I help clients cultivate a loving relationship with themselves through inner child & critic work, EMDR, & acceptance.
