Ever feel like you get so stuck in your own head that you can't get out? I hope to help those that are struggling with feeling stuck in thoughts, behavior patterns, and past experiences. I am passionate about working with survivors of trauma and individuals that struggle with OCD, anxiety, and/or LGBTQ+ concerns. If your feelings, thoughts, or behaviors confuse you or cause distress, I may be a good counselor to serve as a professional support.
I have significant experience treating OCD, trauma, life changes, emotion dysregulation and shame. I utilize evidence-based therapies, such as ERP, IFS, CBT, and DBT. I'm primarily a person-centered therapist, which means this journey will look different for everyone, so I'm ready to meet you where you are. I primarily see ages 12+.
