I am passionate about joining you to support your personal growth and learning. Growth is not always a straightforward path, but I believe in the process for all ages and stages to address depression, anxiety, life stage changes, and heal from past trauma.
I have worked with a wide age range of clients with a focus on teens and young adults. I utilize an eclectic approach developed over the past decade of service, with experience in social justice and child welfare.
My intention is to support and guide individuals on their path, and to work together to illuminate challenges and bring forward solutions where needed. Therapy is a protected space for individual processing, healing, and growth. While, you are in the drivers seat, and have the power to create change, you do not have to go it alone.
