I believe that each client is unique and I utilize a variety of different treatment modalities based on the best fit for your personal goals and concerns. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and I offer both talk therapy and EMDR to my clients.
I have helped clients navigate through struggles with depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, abuse, low self-esteem, grief and loss, goal attainment, life transitions and more.
