Welcome! My name is Hannah (she/her/hers). I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. With a decade-long journey in the mental health field, I've dedicated myself to aiding individuals in overcoming traumas that hinder their path to fulfillment. My passion lies in fostering healing and resilience, particularly for survivors of childhood abuse, sexual assault, abusive relationships, mass violence, and other interpersonal traumas.
I use various therapeutic modalities such as Psychodynamic Therapies, Existential-Humanistic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Schema Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing. I am currently training in EMDR and Hypnotherapy. I aim to provide comprehensive support tailored to each individual's needs.
