Feeling overwhelmed can be isolating, but you don't have to face it alone. When I am invited to journey in a therapeutic process with you, I facilitate steps to uncover the barriers to connection with self, tap into your inner wisdom, and discover the answers you may be searching for. This develops a greater trust in self, cultivating and stengthening self connection, and living more authentically and fully. From my heart-centered stance, I see clients as whole beings, not defined by their trauma. This helps us address challenges while staying connected to their strengths, resilience, and capacity to move toward their desired life.
In our journey together, we will start exactly where you are in this moment, discover what you need, and how best to provide that for you. Using modalities such as Gestalt, Somatic Work, IFS, EMDR, and Creative Arts, I use a heart-centered empathetic, and empowering approach, sprinkled with humor, to create a safe space to explore and discover yourself.
I am a fierce advocate for my client's growth and unique wholeness. I am trauma-informed and have worked extensively with clients who have experienced trauma.
