In my practice I use a trauma informed, person centered, strengths based approach to tackling an individual's struggles. I take an eclectic approach, utilizing strategies and skills from several evidenced based therapy models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
