I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been in practice since 2019. I have experience treating children, adolescents and young adults struggling to cope with symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, life transitions and interpersonal relationship problems. I have experience supporting LGBTQ+ youth and adults and have successfully worked with a variety of diagnosis, socioeconomic backgrounds, genders, races, religions and cultures. I earned my Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Carthage College and my Masters Degree in Social Work with a mental health specialization from Loyola University Chicago.
I have an evidenced-based but integrative approach to health and wellness. I help clients build on their strengths, challenge negative beliefs and develop healthy coping skills that can pave the way towards healing and growth. My therapeutic approach includes Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Skills, Psychotherapy and MI.
