Hello and welcome! If you would like to learn various stress management techniques for everyday life, curious about the mindfulness practice, or would like a safe space to answer the question, "what does relaxation feel like for me?" to better reduce anxiety symptoms, I am here to help through Stress Management And Resiliency Training (SMART). I typically work with adults who are experiencing situational stressors/life changes, grief, caregiving, PTSD/trauma histories, anxiety/depressive disorders, and those who want to better cope with chronic illness diagnoses (cancer, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, pain, insomnia & more).
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts & have a M.S. Degree in Counseling from Northeastern University with a concentration in clinical health psychology. I am also a certified mind-body medicine instructor by the Benson-Henry Institute at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA. I also offer clinical supervision services.
At this time, I am only accepting clients who would like to sign up for the 8-week SMART (Stress Management And Resiliency Training) program class or private 1:1 coaching. You can find more information about this offering on my website, www.themindshrine.com. Next live SMART course will be held Tues evenings, Feb 13th- April 2nd 2024 6:30pm-8:30pm EST!
