Hello! My name is Hannah, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults ages 18+, primarily female identified, navigate pivotal life transitions. Whether you're a young adult fostering independence, a parent stepping into the realm of empty nesting, or someone embracing a new career, I'm here to offer you guidance and support. My approach is to intertwine guided meditations with creative expression such as art, journaling, movement, and psychodrama. Psychodrama is an experiential method that emphasizes exploring and addressing issues in the present moment, allowing for immediate insights and opportunities for change.
It is my passion to work both individually and in a group setting. My approach is warm in sessions, as well as challenging from an empathic place. Therapy with me is collaborative, strength based, client led and LGBTQ+ inclusive. I provide 60 minute sessions and a sliding scale as low as $100 based off of your annual income.
