We all go through difficult times and need some help navigating our way through. I am here to create an empathetic environment for you and your family to overcome challenges. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families from many different backgrounds and cultures. I pull from a variety of techniques and theories to provide tools and consultation to help you and your family to make meaningful changes. I draw from a Cognitive Behavioral therapeutic technique, and use Enneagram personality assessments to guide in self-discovery.
Parental involvement is important when working with children, therefore I provide tools and skills for parents to use at home. I have experience working with couples to increase relationship communication and satisfaction, and adults in all stages of life. I have training in ADHD, substance use, suicide, abuse victims, PTSD, and many behavioral disorders.
I am here to help you and your family navigate any struggles you are facing and find fulfillment in a life you love.
