Whether a client is someone brand new to therapy, someone with previous negative experiences in therapy, or someone who is ready to begin therapy again, my goal as a counselor is to meet them where they are. I have experience working with clients from a wide range of ages, gender, background, and areas of concern.
Depending on what clients need, I am able to provide support using a number of clinical approaches. I have experience using CBT, Motivational Interviewing, IFS, ACT, DBT, Brainspotting, EMDR, and Sandplay Therapy. I am also a trained Hot Yoga instructor and can include somatic and breath work to help clients address physical symptoms.
