I also have experience in executive coaching and leadership development. I primarily utilize Talk Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and tools such as mindfulness and meditation.
My education, professional experience, and lived experience has motivated me to become a culturally responsive therapist with the goal of supporting others in being their best and healthy selves.
