My mission as a therapist is to help heal through relationships. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health and wellness. Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating and overly clinical. In the individual therapy sessions I offer, it is important to me that you feel comfortable and at ease. During our time together I prioritize a person centered approach to counseling. This means that you get to be in the drivers seat and I will meet you where you are at. I believe that each client has the resources and capacity for healing within themselves. It is my job to help support and guide you through this process of personal growth.
I feel most effective working with adults, 18-30yrs, who experience any of the following issues: Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Low Confidence and Self Esteem, Relationship and Family Struggles.
