I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University. I am attachment-oriented, relying heavily on somatic integration, a strengths-based perspective, the 12-step model, and an ecotherapeutic approach.
