Whether you are wanting to heal a relationship, learn better ways of coping, or work through past experiences, beginning therapy is an excellent way to work toward those goals. As a marriage and family therapist, I am passionate about working with families and couples who want to grow individually and relationally, and I believe there is never a wrong time or reason to start therapy. Whether you have never been to therapy or have been a dozen times, we all have seasons of life where we need both the structure and the freedom therapy can offer.
I am passionate about providing an unbiased, safe space for my clients to work through difficult, often painful, thoughts and emotions. I also assist clients in making behavioral changes when maladaptive thought processes are uncovered and processed. I believe in the power of relationships and am eager to assist couples and families heal together.
