Hello! I am a Licensed Master Social Worker who has dedicated themselves to helping adults navigate their lives and everyday struggles. I have experience working with clients with a wide variety of issues, I focus on general mental health such as depression and anxiety. I also work with individuals who have experienced trauma. Most of my experience is serving clients 18 years and older. I work closely with clients to build a strong understanding of their needs, culture, and story. I strive to empower my clients by providing a safe, supportive atmosphere to assist them in achieving their desired change.
I utilize person-centered therapy and respect clients' right to self-determination. I believe that there is no day like the present. I use several different modalities to adjust to client’s needs including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based approach, and Mindfulness.
I’ve been working in the mental health field for 10 years. I am EMDR trained. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health.
