Now taking new clients! I am passionate about providing affirming care for trans, nonbinary/GNC, and LGBTQIA+ folks. I work with clients who have a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, ADHD, OCD or obsessive-compulsive behaviors, identity exploration, and people who identify as adult children of emotionally immature parents. I believe that growth happens when people feel empowered to fully be who they are and make changes to connect with their most genuine self. Through humor and empathy, I'll walk alongside you on your journey toward authenticity and peace.
I am well versed in trauma-informed care and prioritize a fat-positive, anti-racist, and queer-affirming approach with all clients. My work has roots in person-centered counseling, as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. I am grounded in social justice and advocacy, and seek to understand clients individually and within the systems they are in.

Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents
This group is designed to be a space to read Lindsay C. Gibson's "Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents" with a supportive group of peers. In weekly sessions, we will be discussing the content from the book, engaging in activities, and processing personal experiences. The cost is $10/session, plus the cost of the book.
