I can help guide you to feel empowered with skills and solutions on how to handle life and ensure that you won't be alone in this process. In 2021, I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Now as a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and as a licensed addiction counselor (LAC), I have been providing individual.
I primarily work with clients experiencing addiction, anxiety, trauma, depression, grief and loss, and life transitions. I focus on adults, and integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) to meet my clients where they are at in their journey, explore realistic changes.
