Asking for help is huge step. It takes courage and a willingness to hope for change. This journey towards health and wellness requires honesty and openness. It is not always easy, and working with a professional who is the right fit for you offers a solid foundation from which to start that journey. I am passionate about mental health and wellness. Whether I am working with kids, teens, adults, partners, or families, I believe in journeying alongside my clients as a guide and support as they discover what drives them and works best to bring change and growth.
Through an experiential and trauma-informed lens, I believe that the client holds the keys to their own progress. It has been an honor to walk with my clients through mental, emotional, relational, and behavioral issues including anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, sexual behaviors and questions, as well as family processes and functioning.
Seeking change is a challenge. Finding wholeness in the midst of disorder and brokenness sometimes requires qualified support, and I am incredibly grateful for your openness and willingness to find what works for you.
