HI! I’m Hannah (she/her), my goal is to help create a comforting and supportive space for individuals to explore their experiences and tend to past traumas. I care deeply about destigmatizing mental health and working with individuals who feel marginalized within our society. I enjoy integrating EMDR, IFS, ACT, mindfulness, art, and movement in my approach.
I work with children, teens, and adults. I am passionate about the LGBTQ+ community and those dealing with serious mental illness. I have experience helping clients through a wide range of issues including ADHD, anxiety, school stress, faith transitions, trauma suicidality/self-harm, grief, and depression.
