I am currently working toward LPC licensure at Relational Insight and am available for virtual therapy sessions at this time. I have experience with adoptees, teens, young adults, adults, addiction, trauma, religious abuse/trauma, major life transitions, grief, the queer community, neurodivergent individuals, and a variety of mood and personality disorders.
My first love and career was public education as a Choral Director, and I am a professional musician and artist. Music has taught me the power of connection, breath, collaboration, and authenticity.
