I utilize MCBT, a modified form of cognitive therapy that incorporates mindful practices. Together, we can find ways to investigate internal thoughts, feelings and emotions as well as external surroundings and situations. Healing is possible with CBT, ACT, EMDR. Art Therapy & Narrative Therapy.
