Empathy, purpose, and passion are the driving forces of my practice. I believe in every individual's ability to recover from challenges, achieve their goals, and reach the wellness they desire. I say this with experience working with people who are experiencing eating disorders, substance use disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, and a variety of other mental health concerns. Life struggles are very real and distressing, and I know the importance and impact of therapy from all angles. You are capable of finding peace and joy, and I would be honored to be a part of your journey.
I practice from a person-centered, culturally-sensitive, individually-tailored approach. I utilize background from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Informed practices, and Motivational Interviewing to provide therapy that will best serve you and your current needs.
The therapeutic relationship that I build with clients is one of safety, unconditional positive regard, acceptance, and compassion. Therapy is a life-changing and life-giving process, and I am privileged to invite you to engage in this healing process with me. Connect with me and join me in the next chapter of your story.
