In my experience, the therapeutic alliance between therapist and client is arguably the most important part of successful treatment. It can be incredibly important to find a therapist you connect with, who is also able to provide evidence based treatment that is right for you. I have worked in the field of mental health and social work for nearly a decade. I've worked with clients ranging from pre-school kids to grandparents and everyone in between. I currently prefer to work with adult women (18 and over) looking to heal from past trauma, tackle anxiety, or find freedom from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and intrusive thoughts.

I specialize in helping individuals overcome anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and other related mental health concerns. I use evidence-based therapies like CBT, exposure response prevention, and EMDR to help you develop the skills you need to manage your symptoms and improve your quality of life.
