I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to empowering high school students and young women in their 20s as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. My journey in social work began with a passion for helping individuals both heal from trauma and better cope with the stressors of everyday life. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Auburn University and my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Winthrop University. My expertise lies in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), an evidence-based treatment approach that combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with trauma-sensitive interventions. I am also trained in Modular Approach to Therapy for Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, or Conduct Problems (MATCH-ADTC).
