I often work with individuals that are experiencing PTSD or C-PTSD symptoms due to past trauma(s) that have impacted their day-to-day life. As a trauma survivor myself who has been on the other side of the therapy space - I know what it is like to do the hard work to heal. I am passionate about working with those experiencing dissociation, suicidal ideation, and anxiety + creating a brave space to name and overcome severe pain.
I am EMDR-trained & IFS-informed. My sessions are often client-centered, humanistic, & extremely relational focusing on attachment wounds & working through trauma. I integrate mindfulness while also utilizing narrative-focused & strengths-based techniques. Sessions are typically 50-55 minutes but sometimes 90-min sessions are more appropriate with EMDR.
