My work focuses on navigating the healing journey and making space to connect with one another genuinely. I believe in us working side by side to create a care plan that is tailored to your needs and goals.
I value bringing an open empathetic mindset into the counseling space to create safety and support. I find it valuable to draw from various theories to individualize therapy to your specific experiences. The theories I often draw from are cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered theory, dialectical behavior therapy, and interpersonal process theory.
My goal is for you to feel safe on your healing journey while being empowered to grow towards creating and sustaining balance.
