Anxiety and OCD can have relentless impacts on our lives. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and obsessive-compulsive behaviors. In my approach, we target the “why” behind your anxiety, where it comes from, and how we can get your to a place where you feel less doubts, more confident, and empowered to know what to do when fear strikes.
Aside from anxiety and OCD, common topics of conversation in my practice include navigating relationships, managing work stress, exploring identity, and uncovering the impacts of our childhoods on our present-day lives. My ultimate goal for all of my clients is that you feel this is a space where you are heard and understood.
