I am truly passionate about helping you heal from the things that stop you from fully experiencing the beauty and joy this life can bring. I have over a decade of experience working with adults, teens and families to heal from their past and gain skills to be successful in their futures.
I know that no single approach works for everyone therefore I have trained in several different modalities including EMDR Therapy, Substance Abuse Treatment, Trauma Focused CBT and DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Social Thinking and techniques associated with assisting in learning differences.
