I have a heart for adolescents, adults, and mothers that are either pregnant/postpartum or balancing the highs and lows that come along with being a mom. I have experience working with those who struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief/loss, codependency, and other life transitions.
I have experience working with children (10+), adolescents, and adults. I use attachment theory, emotion focused therapy, Gestalt, and other body-mind interventions.
I know starting counseling can be scary (especially with someone you don’t know) but it’s also exciting! And you won’t have to do it alone.
