I am a Spanish-English bilingual psychotherapist specializing in working with folks around themes of biculturalism, migration, identity, family challenges, sense of belonging, relationship challenges, depression, and anxiety. I have many years of experience working with people recovering from violence and trauma. I work from an anti-oppressive, anti-racist psychodynamic lens informed by principles of liberation psychology and my training in narrative therapy. I am trained in relational and interpersonal psychodynamic psychotherapy.
I currently provide telehealth sessions to Massachusetts residents. My approach is insight-oriented, collaborative and client-centered to honor that you are the expert on your experiences. Together we will co-create the space you need to show up authentically in order reflect, inquire, explore, and feel with nuance and non-judgement.
I will work with you to gain a greater sense of self-understanding, increased self-confidence and a strengthened, more integrated sense of self. My hope is for all my clients to live meaningful, full lives and through our work together, you will feel more certain in your choices and relationships.
