We will look closer at the thoughts and feelings that underlie the behaviors you want to see improved.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which decreases emotional intensity attached to traumatic life experiences and restores traumatic memories in a healthier, more adaptive way in the brain. Because trauma looks different for every client, EMDR can be adapted to your unique experience to help you heal and move forward.
