Anxiety, stress, conflict, and difficult past experiences can affect the way we show up in the world for ourselves and for each other. Gradual work in understanding these experiences in a therapeutic and judgement free environment will help improve sense of self, strengthen relationships, reduce conflict, and increase confidence in the future.
Working from a systemic perspective, I use a variety of trauma informed therapies including Attachment for parent/child relationships, Child Centered Play Therapy for children, EFT, Gottman, Filial Play Therapy, Art Therapy, and IFS to facilitate a greater understanding of self and others within the context of your relationships.
