As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I use evidence-based treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I help people look at negative thoughts and see how this effects their behaviors and beliefs about themselves. This can help you gain more clarity and perspective on your situation. I also offer faith-based counseling to those interested.
