I've been a licensed social worker for 16 years, working with a variety of populations and issues as a Mental Health Provider in St. Tammany Parish School System, an inpatient/outpatient Therapist, and a Counselor at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Authenticity, compassion, honesty, and humor are the foundation of my work.
I am passionate about helping individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. My job is to help my clients learn to listen, decode, and respond to what their body is telling them—and support them as they develop a trusting relationship with themselves.
