I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where individuals, ranging from adolescence to adulthood, can be their authentic selves. I have experience working as a school counselor, in therapeutic group homes, and in behavioral health hospitals. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, interpersonal and relational issues, and boundaries. I utilize a variety of different therapeutic approaches, including solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, and client-centered, to best fit my client’s needs.
I will use my professional and personal experience to help you gain the ability to face life's everyday challenges and leave therapy with the tools needed to succeed. As a therapist, I use a straight-forward yet empowering approach to help people heal through evidence-based techniques that focus on the individual's strengths, their values, and their goals.
