I strive to connect with any individual on whatever their current path in life may be. I enjoy working with children and teens, exploring the variety of very real day to day frustrations that they encounter at their age and ensuring they have an ear to hear them. I enjoy connecting with individuals with ADHD and ASD, finding means of connection and empathy through traditional talk therapy or creative therapies. As a music therapist and yoga instructor, I strive to find holistic means of connection and focus on the whole body within the therapeutic space, using music and movement in lieu of words when words may be difficult to find.
My approach and intent as a therapist is to create a safe space for all individuals. I believe that everyone inherently knows what is best for them; sometimes we just need a little guidance to create and reach our goals to be our authentic selves. With my background in music therapy, I enjoy taking a creative approach with music, art, and play.
