I have a background and passion for working with mothers in their perinatal years, women, children, and families ( I love working with a variety of individuals that are not limited to these groups listed). I approach therapy from a holistic approach and acknowledge that in order to heal to the highest potential- the mind, body, and spirit must work in sync with one another. My energy in the therapeutic relationship is authentic, compassionate, non-judgmental, open-minded, and empathic.
I have special training in child development, birth work, assessment, perinatal, adverse childhood experiences, positive/gentle parenting, and disability in childhood.
