Hello! I'm Haley Morris. I am a licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe in a client-centered approach to therapy, taking each client and each session individually. I work with clients 18 years and older from all different backgrounds and circumstances. I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, substance abuse, grief, and transition. I base my theoretical approach based off the clients' needs per session.
I like to work collaboratively with my clients to set long and short-term goals for our time together. I believe in keeping goals flexible to allow room for adjusting them as needed. I find it helpful to set weekly goals with clients based on the tools and techniques discussed in session.
From an early age, I was told I was a good listener and I've always enjoyed helping others. I love being a therapist. It is very rewarding to be part of someone's growth and healing. My goal is to provide a warm, safe, comfortable space, to build rapport and trust.
