I aim to equip my clients with the skills to manage difficult thoughts and emotional experiences, navigate relationship struggles, and heal their trauma from the root.
I am passionate about partnering with clients at the intersection of trauma (PTSD, complex trauma/C-PTSD) and neurodivergence, as well as those navigating grief and loss, and other difficult life transitions. I utilize trauma-informed and attachment-based practices such as EMDR, IFS/parts work, somatic therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.
It takes strength and courage to take the steps toward healing and I am here to support you through the process. I provide LGBTQ+ affirming care and strive to create a safe space for my clients, welcoming all cultural backgrounds and sexual orientations. Parent Loss Support Group
Whether the loss of your parent is recent or many years in the past, you are welcome in this space. Grief is a lifelong process, and finding a space where your grief is accepted, embraced, and truly understood can feel impossible. This group welcomes adults aged 22-35 who have experienced the loss of a parental figure at any point in life, and offers an opportunity to find community in grief and process alongside others who can relate to the complexities of such a loss. I invite you to reach out with any questions you may have. Begins September 12th.
