My goal as a therapist is to offer holistic, strengths-based care that empowers clients to identify areas in their life where they need support and work collaboratively with them to create treatment goals. I aim to work with adults, particularly in support of the diverse needs of veterans, and first responders, and for those experiencing symptoms of trauma and traumatic stress in a safe and empathetic environment. I emphasize client safety in all of my work, with the understanding that coming to therapy is difficult for many, and that it requires compassion and a welcoming space in order to address life’s challenges.
