I’ve counseled in the mental health field since 2014 and specialize in treating co-occurring mental health and substance use/behavioral disorders. My therapeutic framework is rooted in the concepts and applications of M-CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and IFS. You'll find my approach to be open-minded, empathetic, curious, honest, and sometimes humorous.
