I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, incorporating a mindfulness-based approach in each. I am most passionate about working with victims of narcissistic abuse, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and teens experiencing family/peer conflict. I also enjoy helping those who struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, and body image/self-esteem issues. Above all else, I prioritize maintaining a safe space for anyone seeking therapy.

I am committed to helping my clients recognize these cycles, identify any underlying causes, and develop coping strategies to facilitate lasting positive change.
