I often use cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic concepts (along with a healthy dose of humor) but everyone is different so the approach should match your personality and needs. I work to help people become more aware of who they are, increase feelings of self-efficacy, and improve overall well-being. I work with teenagers, adults, couples, and families.
I believe that everyone has the capacity to build the life they want. Life is sometimes complex and messy, and we find ourselves confused, frustrated, or depressed, but this is part of what makes us human. I am available evenings and offer Saturday appointments to help you navigate difficult times and increase the quality of your life.
