I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker specializing in the treatment of various mental health concerns. I am interested in working with individuals who are dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. I have worked in various mental health settings such as residential treatment programs, inpatient hospital units, a community outpatient clinic, a rape crisis center, and a substance use treatment program. In addition to my private practice, I work as a Clinical Team Manager at McLean Hospital’s Behavioral Health Partial Hospital Program.
In my practice, I utilize evidenced-based modalities and draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy. I believe each client is unique and I tailor my approach based on the client’s preferences and goals.
I offer a non-judgmental, warm, and interactive style to all my clients. I feel it’s important to meet each client where they’re at and foster a safe space for clients to grow and work on their goals. I look forward to hearing from you!
