If you are seeking support, I provide empathy within a supportive, nonjudgemental environment. I work from a strengths-based perspective, to empower clients to reach their full potential. Everyone has a unique story, and I want to help other's where they are struggling or working toward a greater sense of genuine wholeness. I have training working with grief, loss, life transitions, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and with survivors of sexual assault.
After becoming a parent, I realized how little support new and expectant parents are offered, and wanted to help fill that gap. Transitioning to parenthood looks different for everyone, but having support can help make that journey smoother. I have specialized training in Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders through Postpartum Support International.
